The Working Conditions
A. The working environment temperature of pipeline sewage pump is less than or equal to 40℃, the humidity is less than or equal to 95%, the altitude is less than or equal to 1000m, it should be mentioned when ordering if it exceeds.
B. The medium temperature is generally not more than 60℃, the medium weight is less than 1~1.3kg/m3
C. The using scope of cast iron material is PH 5~9.
D. Stainless steel material is suitable for general corrosive medium.

The installation of GW Pipeline Non-Blocking Sewage Pump
1. Firstly checking whether the external fasteners are loose during transportation.
2. Checking whether the power voltage meets the requirements of the motor nameplate.
3. Turn on the power and make a trial run to check whether the impeller turns in the same direction that indicates on the pump. If the direction is reversed, just reverse any two-phase wires in the cable. The time of the trial run isn’t too long to avoid burning the seals. .
4. Install well the pump and start to run so that the pump foot screws can be installed.
